Before her appearance on the opening night, Ms. Lahiri had all of our attention at the jury photo call. The Philosophy Di Alberta Ferretti printed dress looked great on her and the white pumps with block heel finished out the look just right.

Sure the earrings added nothing to the look but they didn’t take away anything from it either. The jury member looked good!

Gorgeous writer of Indian origin, Jhumpa Lahiri was photographed on the Venice Film Festival red carpet wearing an Alberta Ferretti gown. An updo, well-defined eyes, nude lip and a stunning necklace finished out her look.

Sure she could’ve done better than the black pumps she chose and the dress ended up looking more creased than it should have, but there’s no denying, Ms. Lahiri looked great! Love the color on her.
