And the latest to be spotted in a Léger was Ms. Shah who wore a black-and-white number to the People Magazine party. She looks good albeit a bit bland. But, compared to some of the looks that we’ve seen from her, this appearance is one for the books.

IIFA Awards’ first major event, the charity fashion show just started and pictures of the stars are just trickling in.
Lara Dutta, attended the green carpet with rumored (guess confirmed now) bf Mahesh Bhupathi. She wore a 90’s Hervé Léger dress with Louboutin sandals and a Zanotti clutch that we’ve seen on her many times.
It isn’t the best pic but it’s enough for me to decide that I don’t like the sandals with the dress. They make her legs look stalky stocky with the way they cut off. Also, I wish she had worn the straps down to her shoulders as seen on the mannequin.

I wouldn’t have picked this color for a day event but can’t deny that Aishwarya looks fab in the black Gucci. Love the t-strap sandals.
Junior B’s black shoes, on the other hand, are sticking out like sore thumbs with those light denims.
Update: Ms. Rai is in Gucci and not Léger.

Ms. Sachdev sure fills out the Hervé Léger well, but, I’ve got to say… I can’t look past those studded Louboutins. Looove. Must. Have. Them. Now.
I have to add though, I do like the way the straps have been worn better on the mannequin. Much more of a visual interest. Maybe the next time Priya brings out this dress?
