Doing a lot of shimmer in Gucci were Surily and Roohi at Manish’s birthday party. The flashy outfits may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I did like them. Except for Roohi’s sandals. Just have not warmed up to Gucci’s recent platform sandals yet.

At the ongoing Business Of Fashion (BOF) Voices event, Freida was seen in a few more looks. She spoke at a seminar on Saturday wearing an Atsu dress with yellow Rupert Sanderson pumps. On Saturday, she hung out with a friend wearing Ferragamo head to toe. On Thursday evening, she attended the opening night cocktail ceremony wearing a red Gucci dress, black coat and navy Rupert Sanderson pumps.

The Gucci look was my favorite! Wish we had more pics of it.

In Anamika Khanna Couture

At the Business Of Fashion Voices gala dinner in UK, Freida was seen in an Anamika Khanna look from the designer’s couture collection. The cream fusion sari needed a bit of color and am glad Ms. Pinto chose to wear it with emerald jewellery from Amrapali and carry that Gucci clutch.

Having said that though, while I did think the look felt regal, I wish the outfit didn’t make Freida look so much broader than she is.
