It almost seems like, after looking at this Vogue India spread, that the dresses in question were picked before even deciding on subject. How else can you explain layering that beautiful Versace dress with a boring black top and the last pic where Kajol looks like she is trying to hold the dress up?

Speaking strictly of bags considering the outfits aren’t much to write home about, we’ve got to say between the Gucci and the Valentino, we much prefer the Gucci. The Valentino Couture Braided Tote just doesn’t appeal to us much, give us a Maison or a Histoire any day!

P.S: She is carrying the Couture bag in patent leather but the pic below of the bag is of one in leather. Just to avoid any confusion. 😛

The clutch and the soft curls really worked well with the dress the first time on Ms. Patel and we really liked it. The second time around, not so much. You?

Update:: A full-length pic didn’t change our minds at all! Did it change yours?

Ms. Mukherjee was spotted wearing the same model Gucci sunglasses seen in a blue gradient version on Kareena (see here). While the sunglasses were the perfect size for Kareena, on Ms. Mukherjee they just were too big.

Outfit wise, Ms. Mukherjee didn’t fare any better either. As on ode to co-star Saif, Ms. Mukherjee wore a pink shirt and blue denims but while Saif always owns the look Rani does anything but. The limp hair, the sunglasses and the blue leather trim Gucci belt just fell flat. We don’t even have to wait for a full-length because we already quite dislike Rani’s this appearance. You?

P.S. We kid about the ode to Saif part but doesn’t it remind you of Saif’s multiple pink and denim appearances? 😛

Another day, another Gucci for Ms. Jaikishan. This time it was a good ol’ LBD that she wore to a recent party, printed version of which was seen on the Spring 09 runway.
