Two lovely ladies, two not-so-stellar looks.

Ankles-up Malaika looked great but, those black wedges just were so heavy for the dress. Also, is it just us or does anyone else think carrying hobo style bags in the crook of one’s arm looks plain silly?!

Love the wedges and the delish yellow (Balenciaga) bag but paired with the dress, the overall look hardly seemed to work.

Let’s just call this one a Not Quite. For both of ’em.

At a store launch, Ms. Fernandez paired a floral dress with a tan Gucci clutch and pink Jimmy Choo platform sandals. Except for the shoes, we liked the look. You?

Farah attended the opening bash of her second store (in Delhi) in a red Ibella by Ramona Narang dress with a red Gucci clutch. We don’t have a full-length but here’s hoping she didn’t go red in terms of footwear too. We really wouldn’t like that!

Also in Gucci was Natasha (Fardeen’s wife) and I have to say, I haven’t seen Ms. Madhwani look this good in ages. You only have to look at some of the older posts of hers to know why we like this look a lot.

For her sister’s jewellery store opening, Sussanne went Gucci head to ankle, pairing a purple strapless top from one look with brown pants from another look presented on the runway.

While I like that she didn’t just wear a look from the runway as is, didn’t dig the cutout effect of the ankle-sandals with the cropped pants. She should’ve just worn a longer version (like the model) and tucked em into the sandals for a more flattering look.
