At the People’s Choice AWards, British presenter Carly Steel was seen in a black Gauri and Nainika dress. While it was exciting to see a G&N design on the red carpet, can’t say am a fan of the styling here. I can still ignore the pumps which were quite a bit of a snooze but I cannot ignore the sheer panty hose.

Divya did strapless gowns on both Monday night (in Manav Gangwani) at the Stardust Awards and Tuesday night (in Gauri and Nainika) at the Guild Awards. She also kept it rather simple jewellery wise which was surprising considering in the past, we’ve always seen her go all out.
We definitely appreciate the move.

Kriti walked the Guild Awards red carpet wearing a one shouldered Gauri and Nainika gown and sporting a casual updo. Opting for dainty jewellery was a great move as it let the red gown be the highlight of the look.
She looked fabulous!

Some of you may already be aware that Malaika and Arbaaz are hosting a new reality show called Power Couple. On the first episode, Malaika is seen sporting two pale pink looks, one a ruffled Gauri and Nainika mini and the other an Ayesha Depala gown.
Given the soft nature of the dress, those covered black sandals felt a bit harsh for the look. Just a regular sandal would’ve worked better. No complaints about the Depala. Quite liked the simplicity of the look here.

Corinne Foxx, who is the 2016 Miss Golden Globe, attended the nominations announcement wearing a Gauri and Nainika dress. The bird-print chiffon dress was finished out with a pair of ankle-strap sandals and the look was kept simple, a move that I quite liked.
In case you didn’t know, Corinne is actor Jamie Foxx’s daughter and as Miss Golden Globe will be on stage at the Awards ceremony helping guide the winners.
