At Gaurav Gupta’s store launch not too long ago, Pragya was photographed in a gown by the designer. More recently, at an Awards event, she was photographed in a sari by Re-Ceremonial. Loved the outing in the sari; her minimalist style worked perfectly here. The gown needed a bit more by way of hair and/or accessories though!

At the Style Icon Awards event, Janhvi was seen in a Gaurav Gupta crop top and skirt set. The color sure was striking and with that sleek hair styling, Janhvi sure looked good. Having said that though, this look also felt very Kim Kardshian-esque. It’s almost like the outfit is Kim but her face with that hair style has this Lourdes (Madonna’s daughter) look to it.

British model Neelam attended the NMACC opening festivities wearing a Nicolas Jebran animal print gown and a Gaurav Gupta lehenga. The gown was my favorite here but I wish she’d pulled those strands of hair back. As for the Gupta, I wasn’t a fan of that neckline on the runway and I still don’t like it here. Also the color didn’t do much for her.

Ayushmann and Tahira attended the India in Fashion Exhibit opening wearing pant-suits with the former wearing a Gaurav Gupta embroidered jacket and matching bow-tie one and the latter, one by Rahul Mishra. Between the puffy sleeves and the embroidery, I wasn’t really drawn to Tahira’s outfit. It felt too busy. As for Ayushmann, wish he hadn’t gone the match route with the bow-tie.

Ayesha attended the Critics Choice Awards on Monday evening wearing a gold sculptural gown by Gaurav Gupta. The green sandals made for an interesting color contrast but I wish she’d picked a non-chunky pair. She did look good ankle-up.
