If you follow us on Twitter, you already knew that Shruti was in Sailex.

The petite actor gave us lots of shimmer in a strapless beaded gown with simple drop earrings. If there was one thing, we’d change about this look, it would be those wedges. She probably went with the color so that we don’t notice but in this case, you couldn’t help but do so. The sexy gown was screaming for some sexy footwear.

They might have gone the gown route but both Charmme and Yaami failed to make an impact. Instead of looking lady-like, they seemed more like high-school kids headed to the prom. Those sandals on Yaami particularly make me cringe.

Samantha, who was a double winner at the Filmfare South Awards, opted for a navy Tadashi Shoji. With the gown featuring a busy neckline, going the the hair up route with diamond danglers was a good move on her part. But, there was still something amiss.

The look needed a stronger lip (perhaps a berry shade) and better footwear. The black ankle straps were too boring.
