When we first saw this Mango dress on Dia, I had mentioned how in real life, I would never gravitate towards it. Seeing Nisha wear it (and oh-so-badly), just reinforces my point! 😛
It’s amazing how cute Dia makes this dress look and how ghastly Nisha does with the details overload.

Fashion gods sure have their way of keeping things in balance. How else can we explain Dia (who almost always gets it right) going for the worst variation of the Shantanu-Nikhil design we’ve seen on both Neha and Mehar. 😛
Now that we’ve seen three different versions of it, our favorite is still the one on Neha. Have you got a new favorite? (We hope it isn’t the Dia one)
P.S. Don’t have a better pic of Dia, but don’t even need one to decide that the outfit is still bad.

In a sea of over-embellished/ill-fitting/over-ruched/heavy-duty gowns at the Star Screen awards, these two stood out in their pale hued chiffon gowns. I was hardpressed to pick a favorite but in the end it was Dia who won my vote because I lurrrved her gown. Who wins your vote?
Dia is in Shantanu and Nikhil.

I know we always complain about Dia sticking to the same ol’ pastel/soft shades but this one time you won’t hear a peep out of us… the sari looks absolutely lovely on her. While Deepika too looked lovely in her pink sari, we just preferred Dia’s look in this match-up.

I wouldn’t have given this dress a second look in the store. But, seeing it on Dia, and seeing the dress paired with the pink suede pumps makes for such a cutesy look that I almost feel like buying it myself. Unfortunately, while this one isn’t available at the US site anymore, on the UK site it is on sale for £22.90.
