Whether dressing-up or dressing-down, Ms. Mirza rarely strays from her aesthetic. In her recent casual avatars too, we found her teaming soft colored, feminine tunics/tops with denims. Sure it isn’t exactly fashion-forward, but in a world of WTHeys where even denims+casual top goes astray, we figured this ought to get a mention!

Golden Girl

Dia looked beautiful (like always) in a mustard gold sari with a gold blouse and a gold clutch. Am glad she didn’t wear golden bangles to complete her look. That would’ve been way too much of gold.

It’s hardly a surprise to see Dia Mirza in a French Connection dress but it was a surprise to see her in one at the launch of another clothing store. Odd that, Ecko Unlimited couldn’t get her to dress up in their label. If we were the VP of Marketing, we’d never allow it.

What’s your verdict on it? Should Dia have worn Ecko? Lara and Kareena stuck to the code by wearing Zara to the store launches.

Dia continues to stick with her understated style… Have to say though, am not much of a fan of her look from the Chivas event. She however looked great while taking in a show during the Couture Week.

Floral Fix

Both ladies chose floral dresses paired with flats to wear to a recent screening but to, two very different results. No prizes for guessing… Yes, we did think Ms. Mirza fared much better in comparison.
