After a string of fierce looks, Ms. Padukone served a more girly one in a beaded Bibhu Mohapatra dress today to the Kid’s Choice Awards. Given the event, the softer look did make sense.

At first glance I didn’t like the hairdo but the more I look, the more am warming up to her look, possibly because she did look sweet.

I do wish she’d picked a different dress from this collection. The nude lining didn’t seem to photograph well under camera flashes.

Her jewellery is from Anmol.

Wearing a custom Gauri and Nainika gown featuring dramatic all-over ruffles and a sexy cutout, Deepika attended the Star Screen Awards on Sunday evening. In recent times, we’ve seen Ms. Padukone do heavy eye-makeup and perhaps that’s why I am liking this change of pace here with just the winged eye. Given that the gown itself was so striking, am glad there is no other competing element here.

She looked amazing.

Deepika picked up the International Star of The Year trophy At the Esquire Middle East MAHB Awards in Dubai on Tuesday wearing a Monisha Jaising custom creation with Bvlgari jewellery and a red serpenti bag also by the latter.

Even though the actor looked ten feet tall in the separates, I really wasn’t a fan of the iron straight hairdo. Did you love this look instantly?

P.S. Anyone else felt like she looked a lot like Amala Paul here?
