Spotted Ms. Padukone in a fresh off the runway Cue dress shown recently at the A/W 2010 Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week. She wore the metallic sequin dress with lattice ankle-sandals . Not a fan of the sandals much but loving the metallic dress on her. (Or perhaps it’s because it’s been a while since we saw her dressed up.)

One wore her severely distressed denims to a rather casual event, a private screening of a movie. The other at an unveiling of a magazine issue with her on the cover. Not getting into who wore it better and which event was more appropriate for ’em (the denims), I’ll just say this… it doesn’t matter, I can never get on board with denims like these. What can I say, am puritanical when it comes to my denims. 😛

Wearing a black Shantanu and Nikhil gown at the recent Awards, Deepika looked absolutely stunning but for the shoes and that clutch. A different pair of shoes and a smaller clutch/minaudiere and this would’ve been a far cry from an ‘Almost‘ verdict.

We all (well, almost all) agreed that this Monisha Jaising dress was too glitzy for Ms. Padukone to wear during the day time. And those gladiators didn’t do the dress justice either. At the Zee Rishtey Awards, Roshni wears the same dress and does fare better by wearing it with pumps but the pumps are so meh. We still have to ask, who do you like better?

I really would love to see someone wear this dress with some sexy t-strap high-heels for that glam look. Wonder who will humor us? (Malaika?)
