Wearing a black Shantanu and Nikhil gown at the recent Awards, Deepika looked absolutely stunning but for the shoes and that clutch. A different pair of shoes and a smaller clutch/minaudiere and this would’ve been a far cry from an ‘Almost‘ verdict.

We all (well, almost all) agreed that this Monisha Jaising dress was too glitzy for Ms. Padukone to wear during the day time. And those gladiators didn’t do the dress justice either. At the Zee Rishtey Awards, Roshni wears the same dress and does fare better by wearing it with pumps but the pumps are so meh. We still have to ask, who do you like better?
I really would love to see someone wear this dress with some sexy t-strap high-heels for that glam look. Wonder who will humor us? (Malaika?)

Don’t know about you, but we literally cringed at the sight of Ms. Padukone in the bubble-hemmed sequin dress (an Armaan by Sunaina Puri) and those pumps. Could her outfit be more ‘tween’sy?
Thank heavens for the semi-casual outfit that she sported for her appearance on Koel’s show. Now, this look we loved!

Ms. Padukone wore a yellow version of the Armaan by Sunaina Puri dress seen in a red version on Kareena in Vogue and at the HDIL Couture Week. I love the yellow version but wish Deepika had worn a simpler pair of sandals. You like?
