Bazaar India turns five this month and here’s your exclusive first look of the anniversary cover featuring Ms. Padukone in a strapless Dior dress. The March edition, also their 50th, features fifty people as part of the Bazaar A-List who have been influential in their fields .

Some of the folks included in the list are Anamika Khanna, Bibhu Mohapatra, Jade Jagger and Miss America Nina Davuluri (wearing Bibhu). Catch all of them inside.

The issue hits the stand on Mar 5th.

For Deepika, it was an Ashish Soni dress while at a recent do. Metallic gold pumps, turquoise earrings and a hot pink lip finished out her look.

While the dress itself looked great on Ms. Padukone, the choice of accessories seemed iffy to us. Love the idea behind the pop of color via the earrings but between the lip color, metallic pumps and the earrings, wish she skipped on one element. The earrings preferably!

The minor gripe aside, she looked good!

For the issue unveiling of Filmfare’s Awards edition, Deepika went white hot in a cropped top and pencil skirt from Zara and sky-high Louboutins. Giving the all-white look some color were gold Eina Ahluwalia trishul earrings, a necklace from Mawiand red lips.

What really made this look though was the sleek middle parted ponytail. Looks like she heard some of y’all’s concerns about overdoing on the puffed one. 😉

She looked smokin’ but I do have two minor gripes about the look. I wish she’d worn either the necklace or the earrings and, the padded innerwear was a wee bit distracting.

Deepika sparkled on the Zee Awards red carpet wearing a Naeem Khan gown from the designer’s Fall 2013 collection, her 3rd look from it so far. See her other two here and here

Giving us our second look of the night featuring head-jewellery, she added a pearl matha patti complementing the cream sequin gown with smoky eyes finishing out her look.

I like the idea of mixing it up but at first glance, the look felt too gimmicky.
