For her appearance on the sets of a television show as part of the promotional activity for her movie, Deepika chose to once more do denim. This time, by pairing her J Brand distressed jeans with a Forever 21 tee and Falguni and Shane Peacock embellished jacket. Christian Louboutin pumps rounded off the look.

Think she fared better this time around? We certainly do.

For the screening of her movie, Deepika picked a Monisha Jaising lamé crop-top and denims. Signature hair, red lip and matching red pumps finished out her look.

As Cher is my witness, I love the Eighties in all its gory glory. But this look brings a flashback of the worst kind, and not even Deepika can do much to change that. Had she paired with top with black culottes and killer pair of sandals, it’d be a ten in a heartbeat. Had she paired the top with super-wide denims as a throwback to Eighties with a Seventies twist, I’d buy that too. But as it stands, this look needs to go away and hide behind those Tina Turner costume wigs.

While in Delhi for Finding Fanny Promotions, Deepika attended the India Today Mind Rocks Youth Summit to talk about her journey in Bollywood.

For the session, she wore a dogtooth pattern Stella McCartney top with matching pants and a pair of sky high Loubs finishing out the look.

Given that we almost always see her do the bouffant ponytail, the side sleek one was quite a welcome change. My only issue about the look is the choice of lip color. I love the shade but it clashes with the pumps.

Deepika also joined in to raise awareness about ovarian cancer by wearing teal on ‘Wear Teal Day’. Like Kangana, she too sported teal nails but also added a pair of sexy teal ankle-strap sandals and House of Chic jewellery. Helping highlight the teal was the grey Isabel Marant top and skirt.

I have to admit the minimalist look is very striking and she looks fabulous but given her years in the spotlight, am surprised the inner wear issues weren’t caught. A deal breaker for you?

Given her close relationship with stylist Anaita, it wasn’t a surprise that Deepika A) attended FNO and B) wearing one of the custom tees created for the event.

Wearing the #Empower tee in a sporty way with a white T by Alexander Wang frayed jacket and matching shorts, she finished out the look with black Wang sandals, winged eyeliner and hot pink lips.
