Shamita took to the Red Carpet looking absolutely wonderful in a purple dress. The silhouette, the accessories, everything worked just right.
That strange embellishment (is that a furry floral accent of some sort?) on the shoulder was sooo unnecessary (yikes) though. Despite it, it’s got to be said, sistah made it work!

Ordinarily, am all for Sabina’s slightly quirky meets kitschy style but this time, it just doesn’t work. In comparison, even though Laila picked a tricky color, she comes off so much better.

You gotta love the fact that Ms. Ambani doesn’t shy away from color… so festive. However, while I love the pink sari (strictly on her), I do hate the asymmetrical hemline on her orange kurta. The colors work great on her though.
