In Baise Gaba

For a recent round of festivities, Huma picked a cheery floral-print lehenga by Baise Gaba. We are so conditioned to seeing over-the-top styling everywhere that my first instinct was, this lehenga is way too casual for a reception and feels more mehendi-ish. That’s entirely untrue- the choice of color makes for a refreshing change of pace and Huma looked nice. Only thing I would change- the choice of evening bag. I wasn’t a fan.

Wearing a sari by Baise Gaba, Kriti attended a recent Eid party in Mumbai. With her hair pulled back in to a wispy ponytail, she rounded out her look with layered necklaces. That sari-blouse combo just isn’t my cup of tea, but that said, Kriti did make the look work for her; she looked nice.

Vidya attended the screening of Delhi Crime season 2 in Mumbai on Thursday evening wearing a printed blue gown from Baise Gaba. Between the strips of print and the lack of defined waist on Vidya, I was feeling no love for the maxi itself. Terrible terrible design.
