Sonakshi performed at the Umang Police show on Saturday night wearing a pink faux wrap gown by Huemn, one that was also seen on Anindita at the finale show last year.

While Sonakshi wore the sequined gown more demurely, Anindita used the wrap gown to show off her pins and décolletage .

Question is, who wears it better?

Where for the movie screening Anindita kept it casual in Zara separates and H&M (sneakers), it was a more dressed-up outing at the Awards in a Namrata Joshipura gown and Aquamarine jewelry. Also, spotted her doing desi in a Jade by Monica and Karishma lehenga (with Aquamarine jewelry) while at Jade MK Studio launch.

Not only did Anindita pick a Tytler gown for the Elle Beauty Awards, she also took in the designer’s show at the recently concluded WIFW wearing a dress by him.

Of the two looks, much prefer her in the latter. It’s not that the gown look was bad but those sandals with the thick strap felt too heavy duty for the evening look.

GQ Awards meant a lot sheer, cutout, sexy gowns/dresses got their moment on the red carpet. Not all deservedly, of course. Lauren played on the sheer with her embellished Geisha Designs dress and Anindita gave us cutouts with her Oh My Love dress. Who do you think had more success with her look?
