Janhvi attended the amfAR Gala at Cannes 2025 wearing a vintage YSL velvet jacket with custom skirt from Anamika Khanna paired with Jimmy Choo pumps and a statement wide brim fascinator. Rhea did what Rhea does best, mixing vintage with a touch of Indian and Janhvi did look great. But given the Spring season and the French Riveira locale, the look as a whole just felt way too heavy to me.

Janhvi attended the photocall and screening of her movie at Cannes wearing a custom Anamika Khanna creation featuring an embroidered backless bodice and light green skirt with an embroidered border. Kundan jewellery finished out her look including a neckpiece that went down her back highlighting the backless bodice.

The jewelled back is very reminiscent of Cate in her Gaultier but coming back to Ms. Kapoor, this was an interesting look but also very Sonam coded.

Isha walked the Met Gala blue carpet wearing a custom creation from Anamika Khanna with tassel features all over the coat and jewelled pants. And if all that embellishment was not enough, they added on some serious bling by way of the neckpiece and brooches/hair pins all over. Not sure why she chose to skip the hair for the blue carpet but overall, she looked pretty good.

Banita attended two pre-Oscars party this week wearing Anamika Khanna to both, first in a black jacket and draped skirt set and then in a red floor-length dress. The red was nice but am drawn more to the black outing and wish we had a better full-length.

Fatima attended a podcast taping today wearing an Anamika Khanna top with white pants and pumps. You’ll remember seeing Kajol wear the same top but with the original drape skirt back in 2023.

I actually liked that Ms. Shaikh (and her stylist) decided to pair the top differently. She looked nice.
