Promotions for Love Aaj Kal on Monday saw Ms. Khan wearing a strapless Amit Aggarwal dress to the sets of a talent show and then in a yellow suit while flying out of Mumbai later.

I am not a fan of strapless skater dresses so didn’t like the metallic dress but what was more of a put-off was the hairdo. As for the yellow suit, she looked sweet until I saw the earrings. They were more cringe-worthy than cute but hey, gotta promote the movie.

At the Jain-Malhotra wedding reception, Malaika was seen in a red Amit Aggarwal sari-inspired gown with ruby and diamond jewellery, a plexi-clutch and red sandals. This could’ve been a very effective look if the bust fitted better and it also seems the train was too long going by the fact that she is carrying it in her hand. Perhaps, the gown was better saved for a different occasion.

At the Umang concert, Tabu was seen in a grey sari by Amit Aggarwal. While I loved the change of pace here, something was amiss and I think it was the hair. Just me feeling that way?

We caught two sightings of Shraddha’s recently, both times in mini dresses. At the trailer launch of her upcoming movie, she was photographed in a checkered ASOS body-con dress, one that she teamed with strappy sandals, sleek hair and a strong red lip. And for a round of movie promotions, she picked an Amit Aggarwal dress to wear. She wore both looks well but I do like her in the Amit Aggarwal just a touch more.

Gauri and Shah Rukh color coordinated in black for the Vogue Power List event with Gauri opting for a black Amit Aggarwal gown and Shah Rukh a pant suit minus a tie. Shah Rukh looked spiffy but this had to be one of Gauri’s best looks in a very long time. Loved the gown on her and the finishing touches.
