At the launch of a custom collection of lighting designed by her, Gauri was seen in a custom cold-shoulder dress by Swapnil Shinde and studded sandals from Louboutin. Considering Gauri has access to a whole lot of designers, I have to admit I was surprised that she kept it low-key.

She looked nice.

For the trailer launch of her upcoming movie, Kangana picked Dior separates to wear. Understated make-up and pair of nude ankle-strap sandals rounded out the actor’s look.

Though she wears the sporty/casual separates perfectly well, the appearance did leave us underwhelmed. Maybe it’s the Ranaut-effect, we just expect more… And this was not it.

For Mubarakan promotions, the cast tied up with IIFA for a Dubai event where the leading ladies were seen in shimmery gowns. While Ileana paired her Zara Umrigar with an updo and statement earrings, Athiya kept it simple and went jewellery free with her Falguni and Shane Peacock.

It was hot pink for Ms. Bhatt at the Big Zee Entertainment Awards where she was seen in a Sachin and Babi gown from the Resort 2018 collection. Offsetting the color with orange-tined red lip, she stayed away from jewellery to let the gown and her hairdo be the highlight.

Keeping it simple sure worked and she did look nice but having seen this fit and super flared silhouette (when it comes to gowns) on her back to back to back, we are kind of yearning for a change in pace.

Another day, another round of promotions. And this time around, it was an Urvashi Kaur dress for Athiya. Wearing her hair down, no surprises there, she rounded out the look with a belt.

The belt added some much needed definition to the sweeping dress and was a welcome addition. She looked good.
