Ananya attended an awards event in Delhi on Friday wearing a black and gold woven sari from Raw Mango paired with gold drop earrings and a top knot. I must admit seeing her in this was a surprise just because of the style drape and blouse choice. She looked nice. She also surprised me last month in the pleated Payal Khandwala. But am not sure if that was for an event or just a photoshoot.

P.S. She is styled by Priyanka Kapadia in the Raw Mango and Ami in the Khandwala.

In Falguni and Shane Peacock

At promotions for her upcoming movie, Rashmika was seen in a custom Falguni and Shane Peacock sari embroidered with the names of the lead characters. The color was lovely on her but the whole name embroidery was too gimmicky and also made the sari a one time-wear.

At an awards ceremony, Ananya kept it relatively simple in a gown by Amit Aggarwal worn with a delicate diamond choker and earrings. She didn’t good or bad, just about nice. Having said that though, I would’ve so loved to see this outfit in real life pics.
