At the success bash of her latest movie, Kangana was photographed in a Miu Miu dress, one that she teamed with Chanel sandals and a multi-strand pearl necklace, also by Miu Miu.

Given the styling, hairdo and al, it’s easy to see Kangana was going for a retro-inspired look. But it didn’t quite come together well. The make-up seemed heavy handed and the necklace and hair a little too somber for the dress. Would’ve loved to see soft, wispy low knot and a lariat necklace or multiple long strands of necklaces just to play up the wimsy. This wasn’t bad, but it was no ten either, just bit of a missed opportunity.

Tuesday saw Ms. Ranaut not only do grey but it also felt like her looks were referencing Gossip Girl. She started the day by channeling a very Blair Waldorf look with a skirt set from Vassilis Zoulias and then pulled a Serena van der Woodsen for the screening in the evening in a one-shouldered dress by Abodi.
