Wearing a Bibhu Mohapatra gown featuring a sweeping train, Kangana picked up her second National Award in the capital today. Given the event in question, we would have liked to see her do desi, like she did the last time.
Not only did the gown felt overwhelming and out of place here, her makeup also was rather off and the darker lip only highlighted it even more so.
