From what we see the Monisha Jaising dress looks quite good on Ms. Patel. But, Ms. Patel’s overuse of coral (the blush, the nails and the lips) takes away from the look.

I get where Ms. Patel was going with this look but she faltered big time. Instead, if she’d picked a neutral clutch and played up the eyes, the red lips would’ve worked. Or, picked a neutral lip color and let the clutch stand out.
As is, her face looked worn out and the clutch felt too match-ey.

At a recent event both Ameesha and Priyamani went with black-and-gold outfits and neither quite got it right. Not a fan of the neckline but it was Ameesha’s shiny lycra churidaar/leggings that we had a bigger beef with. As for Priyamani, those were one terribly ill-fitting pair of pants. This one was a Not Quite for both of them!

Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra hosted their first Diwali bash post marriage that was attended by the who’s who of tinsel town.
These ladies went the six-yard round and of the four here, loved Nandita’s pink sari the most. It was festive enough without being too gaudy. For the worst of the lot, you’ll have to take a peek inside!
