Alia visited the sets of Kapil Sharma Show on Sunday wearing a Payal Singhal look fresh off the Lakme Fashion Week runway. Picking up on the shimmery long vest, her look was finished out with gold ankle-strap sandals.

While she looked great in the dressy look, I loved how she went from dressy to casual in two steps at Shahid’s birthday party by swapping the vest and wearing kolhapuris.

Alia attended the Mirchi Music Awards on Saturday evening to promote her movie ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ and was seen wearing a black Manish Malhotra lehenga. I am surprised the color choice but after seeing some of the lehengas at the Mukesh-Sahay reception, have to admit, this appearance had that palate cleansing effect.

For her recent appearance, Alia picked a floral-print Zimmermann dress to wear. Wavy hair and a pair of thong sandals rounded out the look well. Between the color, print and ruffles, there’s a sweetness to this look that works well on/for Alia. Easy-breezy; she looked nice.

To promote the Tamma Tamma reboot from Badrinath K Dulhania, Alia and Varun visited the Kala Ghoda Festival on Sunday where the former was seen in an Anita Dongre creation fresh of the LFW runway.

The organza vest gave the lehenga a youthful touch and she sure looked lovely in it. The jhumkis for just the right touch.
