Aishwarya visited the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma on Thursday for Sarbjit promotions wearing a Manish Malhotra lehenga.

One to mostly do slim fit suits and or mirroriwork floor-length anarkalis, I was quite surprised by the this pick. Didn’t quite expect her to wear this silhouette. Having said that though, I don’t think the boxy gold top worked well with the blue skirt. The contrast felt too jarring.

Just me feeling that way?

In Anjul Bhandari

The cast of Sarbjit and the Sarbjit’s family came together in Mumbai to mark his third death anniversary today in Mumbai. Keeping the event in mind, we saw Aishwarya keep it very simple in a chikankari suit by Anjul Bhandari.

I will not comment on how she looked out of respect. It seems silly to do so here given the event.

The Bachchan family was all present at the National Awards ceremony where Amitabh was conferred with one for his role in Piku. Aishwarya kept it relatively low-key wearing a white Manish Malhotra sari featuring chikankari work. Picking up on the burgundy border, the actor finished out her look with a dark lip and matching bangles and finished out with chaand bali style heavy earrings.

She looked pretty. Definitely preferred her in this look vs her last MM appearance.

Aishwarya and Abhishek attended Bipasha and Karan’s wedding reception coordinated in black but while the latter went simple, the former went quite flashy wearing a mirrored Manish Malhotra long kurta and gold flared skirt.

Given the extensive mirror work, I think she could’ve skipped the necklace.

Aishwarya visited the sets of two TV shows on Thursday for Sarbjit promotions, first wearing a cream Sabyasachi suit to the India’s Got Talent show and then switching into Rohit Bal anarkali for the Kapil Sharma show.

White is one of my favorite colors on the actor, combine that and the fact that these outfits weren’t too flashy, she had my vote for both.
