In Manish Malhotra

Most of Sridevi’s traditional looks in the recent past have featured heavily embroided and rich colored outfits. While she looked great in those as well, her appearance in the ombré white/red Manish Malhotra sari made for such a welcome change. She just looked so pretty. Loved it!

  1. Looking so ethereal…loved the entire look. I am totally surprised to know it was an MM creation. So pleasant to see bling free work from MM.

  2. She looks good. I don’t like net in general though. The drape would have looked lovely if it was chiffon or georgette. Other than that, she sure looks stunning!

  3. Sri looks fabulous. I especially love her sari blouse, it is sooo elegant. The best part of course is that beautiful classic hair. So 60s

  4. ..and this, ladies (read Malaika Arora etc) is how you do 40+ and this (are you listening Ms Dixit?), is how you do a sari with a 3/4 sleeve blouse. Stunning!

    • agree totally – wish Madhuri would do something like this, shes just as gorgeous as Sridevi but seems to have zero style sense.

  5. I love the saree, however the red, at first glance just looks like she walked in a puddle of blood. Of course thats my opinion since I’ve watched a lot of horror movies recently.. Would have loved to see a nice shade of blue or mauve instead. But the red is still good.
    Sridevi looks brilliant nevertheless!
