I think it hasn’t photographed well or something, the color is just off. And I agree with Kumar, she does look tired.
I think you guys have a huge soft spot for Sophie. Looks like she can do no wrong in your books, however lackluster. Granted, this one’s a Sabyasachi, but like always, she just plain bores me!

i agree with the comments above. you guys are definitely biased towards Sophie. There is no explanation for the glowing comments for this look. For one, this outfit is no great shakes. You can find the same outfits by the dozen at Delhi’s Lajpat Nagar market. and she does not look ‘lovely’ by any standards. More like a tacky, blingy Christmas tree. please be fair in your comments.
black during diwali is just wrong… of all the colours out there, black isn’t really needed! (whocares what Sabya thinks about Brides/festive peeps in Black… no one actually wears black at their wedding…do they?) x

Sophie looks lovely in the Sabyasachi. Luv the color and her jhumkas are perfect….I think she looks lovely in western as well as in Desi!!!!
This is one loud tacky anarkali, way too blingy to my eyes.
