In Abu Sandeep

Sonam did desi again wearing a floral embroidered floor length Abu Sandeep anarkali. Wearing the hair up helped emphasize the scoop neckline. Jootis and a mini Dolce & Gabbana Miss Sicily bag finished out her look.

It was a great look.

  1. She looks great overall n well put together.
We all know florals are in this season, is that why the designer thot of putting it on every empty spot? Ever heard of less is more? It’s the bodice n the waist band n the skirt n the dupatta. I’m sure if we look closely enuff there might be some on her hidden churidaar too.
First kareena n now this one. Both outfits would’ve bn much btr with a bouquet or 2 less

  2. girls i love your blog. but the new format is not working for me.. the light grey against white makes it difficult. make the font size a lil bigger and bolder.. i really have to strain my eyes to read.. and use more colors.. also the comments section could be better. just my suggestions

  3. For some reason, since you changed the website, I cannot see some of the images. It is just blank space. Does anyone else have this problem?

  5. Kim K @ Met gala dejavu much?! And another pair of jootis that just look horrible with the suit. Neck up gorgeous as ever, but Sonam is definitely not picking the right prints (note the JPG @ GQ awards).

  6. oh noo i was hoping that sonam would never wear an abu sandeep but she did :/ good thing she pulls it off and manages to somehow own the outfit without letting it own her.

  7. Black vs white background is a matter of taste I guess, but the major problem is the site does not function properly for iPhones and other touch screens. The zoom in pics making swiping and scrolling difficult and the complete absence of any white space on the left margin makes the text very difficult to read.

  8. Its a bad move..the format change. Of all my top sites, the black background of HHC would stand out. Now it looks like just another up-by-night blogs. Black was your brand colour. What happened to the high heels??
Sonam is too floral for me here

      • juti in Urdu simply means shoes and not a particular kind of shoe. Khussa is the shoe she is wearing in this picture. Khussas then have basically two types. The one which is upturned at the front and worn by men (Mooch wala Khussa) and the type worn by Sonam which are called Saleem Shahi Khussas. I know its an India-Pakistan thing but somehow jutti doesn’t sound right to me.
