Sonam travelled out of the city wearing a shirt, draped skirt and trench coat set from Til by Ankur Varma. The same combo was also worn by Rasika to an event earlier and here is another example of what a huge difference styling can make. The same three pieces look so smart on Rasika but on Sonam looks shabby. And stuffy.

Agree with Payal on styling. But, also mindful that maybe Sonam wanted the top untucked keeping it more relaxed for travel.
Love this hair style on Sonam, it really brings out her features.
I have barely seen rasika in a bad outfit or bad styling.
Well we all have our days but this definitely isnt sonam’s day.
Rasika, hands down, carries it better.
Sonam goes ott with styling and ruins the look.
Its such a simple outfit, humble cotton fabric, could have kept it easybreezy. But of course, we have to overpleat the hair, give us blush blindness and put in a stark black combo.
Tan brown or mahogany would have worked well.
She could have skipped that jacket.
Its oversized and the clothes are already baggy.
Too many contrasting elements, sonam.
The colour is cool toned, but she paired that will gold. Also that black is taking away from the pastel. Even charcoal grey would have worked fine.
Rasika looks smart n powerful, Sonam looks sweet and laid back.
Is it just me?! I do prefer it on Sonam! I like the way she has worm the shirt out and not tucked in and made the outfit look casual and not too stiff like Rasika.
Maybe it’s stuffy because no body needs to wear that many clothes haha! Is there no design element left apart from patterns on patterns along with layering?

It’s an awful drab outfit. Not Rasika makes it sort of nice. On Sonam, yes it looks shabby, good description
such a surprise that this voluminous outfit, which one would assume is meant to carried by taller women like Sonam, ends up looking overwhelming on her and suits Rasika so much better (who is more petite in comparison). When will the self proclaimed style/youth icon Kapoor sisters wake up and smell the coffee, one wonders!
The self proclaimed fashionista’s outfit is a miss for me like all her other outfits just because of “Im someone great attitude and smugness”. Love it on Rasika!!!
