For promotions of ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, Sonam visited the sets of Bigg Boss that is as you all know hosted by her co-star in the movie, Salman. For the appearance, she picked a Shantanu and Nikhil lehenga wearing it with silver jewellery from Amrapali and a sleek middle parted updo.
The lehenga may not be everyone’s cup of tea but you have to admit, she wears it well.

I appreciate that she tries to try out different looks. But some of them, just like this one, do not work. The color is awful, and the cut of the blouse is odd. I like her hair, and make up.
The lehanga is pretty, the colour ruins it. Same thing in ice blue or a nice shade of pink would be gorgeous. As it stands, beige and that high neck makes it look like a social worker’s day off from the field.
Looks so bad.
On a side note, she’s not a graceful dancer… at all 🙁

I personally love the color. It’s gorgeous. My only complaint is the blouse, that styling is ugly. She accessorized it beautifully!
She looks hideous… always over dressed.. Im sure the latest justification is – in character look… and she totally lacks the grace for indian dancing…
I quite like the lehenga. The colour is lovely and she’s styled it well..make-up is great. Her dancing skills are a different story and probably best left for discussion on other sites 😛
I agree with PnP – this a risky/difficult lehenga to carry. But Sonam looks beautiful and this also seems right up her alley, as she clearly has a demonstrated fondness for this neutral/beige color palette. Not sure I understand the negativity in most of the comments here, might reflect more of a bias against her persona, than her sartorial choices. Its also refreshing to see a non-blingy lehenga for a change.
I like the lehenga, even the color. I don’t like the high necked blouse though. Gorgeous jewelry though.
