On an evening where most wore Sonam’s favorite Anamika, she herself unexpectedly showed up in JJ Valaya. She sure looked regal and I do love that micro bag on her. Rhea gets her accessories and proportions right when it comes to Sonam but not always on when she is styling others.

there’s busting out and there’s owning your curves. it’s the former here.
So? she’s owning her curves busting them out. the shaming here sometimes is ridiculous.
the more i look at the outfit, the more i like it. such a great re-imagining and twinning of the classical saree and anarkali. and it’s perfect for someone still coming to terms with her new body (that is not to say she isn’t comfortable with it, but jeez, the hate she gets for “boobage” is something else).
This one looks great. Always a fan of JJ Valaya designs.

My biggest gripe with Sonam is that she never does cleavage / décolletage well which takes away from her look. They are always squished and make her look like she’s always in ill-fitted clothes. It can be done more tastefully

Do it like the dress even a single bit with that cape/ sleeve and the red runner like design on the front.
JJ Vallaya does nice clothes , more rich and luscious . This is like a princess dress and so boring .

Somehow i feel too much is going on. Boobs, Belt, Cape, shawl… So many elements are making it look forced.
