Sonam attended two events recently, first wearing an Anamika Khanna jacket and culottes combo and then in a green Emilia Wickstead dress.
She looked great in the dress. As for the Anamika Khanna, I would’ve loved if the pants were regular length but that isn’t to say she didn’t make the cropped pants work for her. She did.
P.S. Love that Anamika jacket. If the pants come in regular length, I sure would be tempted. 😛

Is it ok for her ladies to be so squished into that Emilia Wickstead dress? I am feeling ghost pains just looking at it. Also there is something off about the length – maybe a bit shorter. She makes the Anamika Khanna look work with the boots. Otherwise they would have looked plain weird.

Looks like she slashed her boobs off wearing that green dress. Hence the Anamika shapeless jacket.
Ouch! The green dress looks painful. Pretty color though. I would’ve liked the Anamika Khanna look if the jacket and pants were way shorter. This length is just awkward.
A bit unfair to post only insta pics for her looks as they can be so overdone retouched. Some outside clicks would provide more neutral perspective
We didn’t get any of these events. Even we don’t like to having to use Insta pics for the very reason you mentioned but sometimes have to.
That neckline is a bit weird not only is it snug but that shoulder bit stands up because its not off shoulder completely neither is it a boat neck…
Loving the colour of the dress on Sonam and hair and makeup is fab but the neckline got thumbs down from me
Wen you have to chose between an extremely tight versus a very airy dress.. the green could have been such a great one only if the neck wasn’t force fitted on shoulders. Also I really like the suit, it’s cool and funky… Wears it perfectly well.
The green dress is so tight on her arms…it’s cutting into her flesh. But nice colour. Like the other look.
@ Payal Just realized, pants will probably end up being regular length or above ankle for me, if they are below the knee for Sonam with 3 inch heels 🙂

The Kapoor sisters diverted from their usual love for using excessive fabric and skimped this time, as evident from the short pants and tight tight dress.
One can wear the most fashionable / fashion forward outfits, but the fit needs to be bang on! there was a time when Sonam could do no wrong, now even an ardent fan like me is left bewildered!
In the green if at all we move our eyes to the arms from the twins. That’s discomfort. It is gonna rip from the arms.
