In Paris for the Spring 2015 couture shows, Sonam attended the Armani Privé one today wearing a Giorgio Armani look from the Spring 2015 collection.
Her separates look revealing plenty of décolleté was finished out the t-strap sandals and a silk jacket that subtly coordinated with the trimming on he bodice.
I have to admit being on the fence about the short organza pants but did Sonam work the look? You betcha!

She looks tired again…bad eye make up…hate the satin-ey jacket…in short the dress totally lost impact on sonam ..on model it looks nice..
I don’t mean to sound like a hater but Sonam always looks like she’s trying too hard when she wears couture. Sorry.
P&P, you need to look at the rest of the front row at the show. Everyone wore simpler clothes, blazers, etc. Work appropriate attire.

A lot, a lot, of highlighting and contouring. I also noticed, whenever she wears sleeveless, she does the”armpit flapping” pose. She looks like a gold wrapping paper H2T.

I frankly detest this cross-legged stance. I see these grown women posing with crossed legs all the time. I get it that they’re going for a more flattering, tapered silhouette, or maybe better balance in their towering heels but enough already.
Looks rather good. Can think of few who would be able to carry this with similar panache.
I always wonder how they can bear the cold winter in that when I need 3 socks n 1kg scarf among others. It cant be that warmed up in the car, red carpet n the runway area.
Sonam looks fierce and fabulous. She is dressing to get points for avant-garde elegance, not to drink tea with her BFF on a lazy afternoon. 🙂

I think she looks exhausted. The plunge is surprising but I do appreciate that she is as happy to cover up (in Indian clothes) as she is to show skin. Many stars are goodat showing skin but never cover up fashionably. Overall a not quite! I love the coat though as an individual item…

I honestly don’t find anything good about this look, even though i am trying very hard to like it. Most of all the makeup is terrible, but that is expected from Sonam. She tries way too hard and fails most of the times!
The color looks really good on Sonam. The model looks washed out actually. Risqué..not bad though.

Sonam very rarely looks effortless…..I wish she’d stop playing dress up and develop her own style, one that she’s comfortable in. Fashion is about expressing yourself, not flaunting the big name designers.
How is it that you didn’t like nimrat kaur’s recent look but her, you’re all up her non-existent boobage? Looks like new age Disney’s Jasmine! Trying way too hard and definitely coming across as playing dress up rather than true haute couture. Also, how in the world is she front row at all these fashion events?! What’s her USP?

With that makeup and expression, she looks like a bored member of the RHOBH series. I have noticed that when you both comment on her, it’s like handling her with kid gloves – you’ll say something that’s not even very critical and then hasten to add something complimentary! Smh! Sonam has always comes across try hard and contrived and thus can barely give her any credit for her manufactured style. She solicits designers, can afford runway pieces and stylists to put it all together for her and no doubt the height and her natural prettiness/charming face help her, but she does not have a signature style, which would be fine but for that self-proclaimed style icon tag!
Amen to that sister! I have noticed it too. HHC will find some ever-so-minor point to criticize Sonam, just to please us readers, and then jump out immediately to smother her with unwarranted compliments (as if not to displease the diva). It looks like a ploy to keep both readers and Sonam Kapoor happy. I know there are way too many Sonam-haters, post her KWK interview, than fans but we want you two girls to keep it neutral, not bothering to please either the readers or Sonam, but give us your brutally honest opinion

Alright I don’t think we’re all looking at the same picture.. I agree with the odd harem pant extension but other than that she literally hits it outta the park. She looks fierce.. Ppl are too quick to judge .. If she wore a sheath ppl wld b like it’s too boring. Think she looks damn good and no I’m not a ardent Sonam fan 🙂
I usually love sonam but I think this is one of her worst appearances ever. Ugly outfit, bad hair and makeup and that sheer portion looks so bad! Expected her to be fabulous . This is tacky
Have you tried checking out images from the event? While everyone else in the front row dressed like they were attending the couture show, Sonam dressed like she was hoping to replace a model on the runway. Three design labels make not a fashionista!
I don’t particularly like the outfit. The sheer pant/skirt? is just weird and stupid. But there’s no denying that she’s working it and looks smokin’ hot.
Was she overdressed? Maybe, but its front row at a couture show. From what I’ve read about her I would think this is the sort of stuff she lives for. Would she wear a boring pantsuit to it? of course not! She’s gonna go all out and make the most of it.
She is trying way too hard. And that annoying expression just ruins whatever this look had going for her.

I can’t believe you guys had absolutely nothing to say about the ghastly make-up. She seems to have stepped out of a bronzer-bath which makes her look extremely tacky. The shapeless pants and sandals too aren’t doing her any favours. Fashion should never ever scream for attention…it should invite your gaze with an effortless charm which Robin Wright did…a few seats next to her, with half the labels and make-up.
Haters gna hate! This may well have been overkill but dam did that colour suit her and she worked it. But is this a case of Bollywood trying too hard to garner some attention at the Parisiene fashion show?
