Case of too many nice things not vibing together. She didnt need the brooch and the bracelet.
I think undoing that top button and letting a bit of the neck and clavicle show would have really helped. As it is, it makes her look boxy and stuffy.
There are many more flattering outfits for such a beautiful lady. Not her best look.
