It was a Gauri and Nainika dress for Sonakshi while at a recent soirée. Wearing her hair back, she rounded out the look with Public Desire sandals. As much as I like the dress on her, it was hard to overlook the patchy make-up; this was unfortunately bit of a miss.

Need a poll: Do we contour to define the face and get shadows or reverse contour to for a bright bulb effect? I go with the former. WHYYYYYYY do they not take pictures (with flash) before they step out ? It looks like her forehead is muddy and she has a light bulb in front of her face? No? Maybe, just me. Also the hair does not suit her…and here I thought, attending a party meant people will let down their hair…
This look had potential…
I think the outfit is nice after so long she’s wearing something simple not those prints
But just makeup issue
True. The outfit is really looking good on her…and that too after a long long time. But the make up is hideous.

The shoes are a miss for me. She has (not to be mean) thicker legs so the straps are cutting the legs i.e. proportions short.
Actually, the straps on the shoes are fine, she wore a pair that hits at the same spot during her last outing and they’re slimming (they hit at the narrowest part of her ankle) The dress ends at a less than complimentary spot on her legs and she hasn’t popped her leg (bent at the knee) and that’s why her legs look stout here
She looks very witchy in this makeup..
And speaking of the dress, i wish that aweful sleeve wasnt there..
This actually looks scary. She is very confident about the short fitted number and that’s good to see. Otherwise there is nothing great about the look.

There is nothing soft in this look and perhaps that is what is so jarring. Hair pulled back, severe makeup(especially eyes), highly structured dress, and those weird criss cross heels….And the cherry on this cake is this uncomfortable looking smile by Sonakshi. Perhaps those shoe straps were too painful.
I can look past the makeup but the hair and shoes are unflattering on her.
