Sonakshi attended two Diwali parties and a fashion show and was seen in a silk top, jacket and pants set from Manish Malhotra, a red Vikram Phadnis floor-length anarkali and then in one from Itrh.
As much as the blue outfit looked like a pyjama set, I was drawn to it. She looked nice in the Itrh too. Wasn’t loving the Phadnis as much.

His collection is kinda dated, so far what’s been worn at this event. Blue looks gorgeous and the same color and texture throughout doesn’t highlight the pyjama like set so it looks like a robe and smarter.
In blue she is channeling her inner Aishwarya! I couldn’t resist. Especially the hair and outfit style.
I like the blue, and the fact atleast somebody is appropriately dressed for a diwali party, not like the bra saree trend which is going on!
love her in Itrh… She got that right on the makeup, hairdo and drape of the duppata…
