Sobhita and Chaitanya made their first appearance at a wedding reception on Wednesday evening with Sobhita wearing a straight fit kurta churidaar from Torani and Chaitanya keeping it simple in a bandhgala style jacket and pants.
Love the kurta set but the pleated dupatta seemed like a whole lot of material in some of the videos.

Yes, I’ve seen Rekha wear it as part of her Chaugoshia outfits but she intercrosses them. The extremely pleated one sided drape doesn’t quite sit right.
She looks so washed out in all the non-color

While she looks washed out, I really like the Kurta, it has a soft glam appeal to it. For a minute I wondered whether it was a Ritu Kumar or a AJSK because of the neckline and work
Shez wearing Hyderabadi khada dupatta…the dupatta itself is 7 metre long …I think the fashion editor don’t know abt Hyderabadi traditional dress….there r many ways to drape the dupatta..n it’s one of them .
I don’t mind the dupatta itself but it looked like she was going to step on it or trip on it any second. Also a little color or a bindi would’ve definitely helped.
I think she looks stunning. A brighter lipstick would have elevated the look but she still looks like a newly wed 🙂
The dull colour and pulled back hair makes her look older and severe. She looks happy though <3

Beautiful material that should be cherished being dragged on the floor is a pet peeve of mine…so disrespectful to the immense work put in to make the garment. Dupattas and saree pallus…pls ladies wear them with gratitude else pls don’t even bother with them.
And… she smiles! I think this outfit is a winner just for that.
