Chaitanya’s dad shared more pics of the newly weds on his social media of the couple post their wedding. Sobhita seems to have changed from her gold Gaurang sari to a white and red one for the final ritual.

Again, congratulations to the newly weds.

  1. Wow, absolutely love it! Especially the part that it doesn’t look so curated and perfect. The kumkum and haldi are authentic and saree drape isnt so perfect.

    She looks so radiant and beautiful. He looks happy. gorgeous wedding pictures.

  2. So cool that they chose traditional outfits and went with cotton. This could pass for a cousin’s wedding. They clearly underwent the wedding rituals like any other South Indian couple. I’m impressed.

    • It’s not the pallu. During the wedding ritual, another piece of cloth called Valle-vaatam is added (which is folded like a X onto both shoulders)

  3. This is the madhuparkam saree. It is always in white with a different color border. After the kanyadaan and jeelakarra bellam in the kanjeevaram, the bride changes into a white saree.
