At the Dior presentation, Shweta opted for a chikankari skirt from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla paired with a crisp white shirt, a cream beaded bag and ruby necklace. While individually all of the pieces were nice, the look didn’t come together as a whole. The white shirt didn’t make for the best pairing against the cream skirt. Wish she’d opted for a black or pink shirt here.

The partnership doesn’t work at all every single time and I don’t know why SB/ AJSK keep trying to force it to work. At some point both need to come to terms and try else where.
Every single AJSK sighting on Shweta falls remarkably flat, so the question begs….seriously why?
A jewellery piece from Sabya would have helped.
I don’t know man. This looks great to me. I like that it is a muted appearance. Her hair is great and the color compliments her skin and her dress. There’s just enough sparkle via the skirt, just enough color via the ruby necklace. And this look screams old money to me – she could have worn the ruby necklace oer the shirt, a huge ruby ring but no she went with minimal and understated and I love it.

Old money!!! seriously!! is there a dress code that screams old money which we plebeians seem to be missing…
New money, old money ….style is style irrespective of money. Money doesn’t guarantee style only access. aThis look doesn’t make sense at least to me. If this was a design student who put up this look would have graded F.

A different shirt/ top may have salvaged this look. Pity, because the skirt is lovely.
This look demanded an element to stand out and make a statement, looked bland as it is!
I like the simplicity here. She looks nice. Her height helps to assuage any lack of imagination regarding her style.
