Falling back on one of her favorites, Shriya picked a Manish Malhotra sari for the IIFA Fashion Extravaganza event in Malaysia. Bit of bling and a Bottega Veneta clutch finished out the actor’s look. While this time around the actor can’t be faulted for her sari drape, the look still fell short of a ten. A wispier, braided low knot and softer make-up that included either well-definied eyes or a strong lip instead of both would’ve gone a long way in elevating this look.

I actually like the hairstyle because the updo combined with the Sari give me a 70’s vibe. I quite like this look. I just wish she would’ve gone the whole way, ditching her smokey eye for a 70’s style makeup look.

Plain AWFUL saree, I did a double take when I read your comment that its Manish Malhotra. The loud color and the garish prints. Reminds me of table mats on a decolam table back in the 80s. Bad creation from the designer and Shriya’s styling only makes it look even worse

The sari though loud looks nice on her. The earrings are tacky and it takes a whole lot from the look. A subtler lip shade would have been good too.
In the second and third pic she looks like an 80’s mannequin. The hairstyle, the make up, the expression, the pose. Not to mention the saree itself.
