She does manage to find the most filmi, most blingy and most shilpaesque garment in a collection and then tacktastically make it hers. Kudos to her.
Shilpa looks lovely… the necklace isn’t a deal breaker as she has a long neck. On anyone else it would have looked stuffy given that close neckline.
Trust Shilpa to make even an elegant outfit of Raw Mango look tacky with her OTT styling !

Shilpa is so overdone always. Everything screams tacky including the two strands of hair framing her face. She really needs to take 5 things off before leaving the house.
