After walking for designer Mohammed Mazher at his LFW show, Shilpa headed out to tape an episode of a reality talent show wearing a Papa Don’t Preach sari gown. Two so very different looks and while the Papa is so very her, she looked so good in the stylized runway look.

What is that jacket in the runway look?
It looks like the body harness you put on in amusement park rides.
It’s apparently an ode to local artisans who specialize in wood carving.
I think it looks nice barring Shilpa’s stern expression
On another note , I think BW folks need some amount of training before they do a ramp walk. All of them are so so bad at it. Almost cringe to watch!
The runway look is sharp and I loved her walk!

So ill fitted and sloppy. She tried her best to make it work but all I could think of was where is the Javelin for this shield!!
We have aslo to remember she is shooting a TV show, where she has to look interesting bust up – the part that is most visible for her. So she is probably playing to the audience, as a charachter, rather than how she might have dressed up for her own self…
The sari gown is so chammak challo. She does usually gravitate towards these overly decorative looks.Like her styled more in clean , less fussy looks

That awful awful Papa Don’t Preach sari gown should be thrown in the dumpster and never to be brought up to see the light of day again. How tacky does it look and its so Shilpa. When will she even learn to stop wearing these cheap looking outfits
