Wearing a Mae Paris dress, Shilpa attended the launch of a designer Neetu Rohra’s store in Mumbai on Monday. Between the shiny satin, the ruching and the power puff shoulders, I was getting quite the 80s vibe and while I love my 80s songs, can’t say I cared for the fashion of that decade as much. .

So many years in the business and still can’t get a thing as simple as this correct.
No way! That’s such a garish look overall! And matchey clothes and shoes are just part of the issue – isn’t her makeup also fairly vampire-ish?
Well, the colour is great. Everything else, not so much.
for some reason i liked this dress.. seemed like she was wearing it ironically.. like how one would wear a polka dot front tie shirt .. but then i saw the shoes and that killed it.. when doing retro you pick one item like that and the rest of the items are normal.. else it looks costumey which is exactly what this looks like
