This is the ultimate Indian style statement!! Glorious weaves in rich colors!!
Absolutely love the yellow plaid! Vidya looks radiant in both!
The sarees are to DIE FOR. she looks absolutely stunning! No one quite like her. NONE of the borrowed/sponsored/udhaar ka Rs.10 lakh teeshirts and torn jeans can match this
I agree with you. Vidya has taken her simplicity and elegance to the next level. There’s nothing like embracing your uniqueness. I admire her for remaining a classic in midst of these trends.
Both. Just cant choose even at a gun point.
Both….Both…. She looks so lovely and well put. Totally in her groove
The lockdown has been good to her. She looks fabulous
Ya Allah!!! This woman’s saree choices will be the death of me. I am not for religious rituals and ‘the forced sanskar’ for that matter, but Ms. Balan speaks, rather loudly and melodiously sings my and a lot of Indian women’s festive sartorial preferences…classic, vibrant, and traditional Indian weaves with the right touch of cultural love.
Gorgeous!
Good to know even the stars suffer from stubborn saree creases that no iron can take out! 🙂
She looks beautiful in both the sarees. What a delight to see a celeb wear beautiful silk sarees that you see in everyday life. Maybe I like the magenta pink one slightly more – its just gorgeous.
The magenta one! Gorgeous.
Classic beauty in classy clothes!
OMG! I so want both! Absolutely gorgeous sarees! So heart them! <3 <3
Why would one wear Made in China rayon and polyester when we have the best textiles. Kudos to Ms Balan for persevering with them through aunty jibes and more. She has had a fab run this year.
She looks breathtakingly beautiful in the magenta saree. It is the combined effect of colour of the saree+ the minimalist jewelery kada and jhumkis+ the way pallu is carried + colour contrast of the blouse along with it’s sleeve length + Vidya Balan’s innate charm to own her sarees.
Above all, instantly makes you want to recreate this look for your next outing!
Traditional sarees but in both looks neck is empty but heavy jhumkas. Accessorize more imaginatively.
Vidya Balans recent appearances in sarees have been truly pleasant. Love the yellow saree!
