Sanya attended a Diwali party wearing a velvet choga and salwar set from Heena Kochhar paired with sandals, statement earrings and a beaded clutch. I loved this on her.
She wore a pink sari-inspired Manish Malhotra skirt and strapless top set to the designer’s Diwali party on Sunday and while she made it work, the skirt set itself was not that great. Catch it inside.

She looks sooooo good in that salwar set! The Rich color tones and traditional embroidery is such a welcome change in the sea of pastels, fishtail cuts, and sequins ala the MM party (which have become the norm in all recent Bolly films, parties, pujas and weddings).
Most Indians are genetically gifted to rock these darker shades, more than the typical white tone pastels we see everywhere. Bring back the colors please!
