At Richa and Ali’s wedding reception, Sanya and Kubbra were among the few to go the non-Indianwear route.
Sanya looked great; both the dress and its styling worked well on her. I only wish she had saved it for another occasion- a premiere, a launch, just something else! As for Kubbra, I just wasn’t a fan of her Dash and Dot dress. And while her hair and make-up was on point, didn’t much care for how the dress was styled either.

sanya looks great but i’d have lost the necklace for a cuff. kubbra, agree, the look is disjointed. the necklace doesn’t go with the boots doesn’t go with the dress doesn’t go with the occasion

I actually liked Kubra’s outfit ankle up. The boots weren’t the best bet. The bust is a bit too shiny but it is still better than some of the atrocities people sport on these pages.
Given all the mismatched lehengas at this reception, Sanya looks pretty good. It’s a classic look and works for the event.
I like that most people wore what they wanted to and it wasn’t clearly a wedding with loud garish lehengas.. both look sassy, the outfit could’ve been tacky but strangely looks catchy, one on kubra. Sanya looks superb.
Sanya looks amazing! I think a gown works for a reception. And in this one, everyone was in a lehenga so I got lehenga fatigue just looking at the pics, this is a breath of fresh air. Kubra’s gown with black boots is a wtheyyy, never mind the styling.
