Samantha attended an event wearing an off-shoulder dress by Marissa Webb with a Chanel necklace and black pumps. I wish she’d picked dainty layered necklaces here or a simple no medallion chain link necklace.

I don’t mind the necklace, but those pumps don’t go with the dress for sure. Sandals would have looked much nicer.

The dress is horrible to begin with. The accessories just added to the misery.

I don’t like the dress one bit. The ruffles placement is weird.
