I am likely the minority but this look is just about ok. She looks nice but there could’ve been something invite interesting like better jewelry, gajra or a nicer saree
agree with you, though looks like she is in character look. The blouse is ill-fitting and nothing intereting happening as such in the “look” nor is it channeling “classic something”

The worst offender I remember was, Vidya Balan for Ishqiya…God, the horrendous sarees she wore for promotions still give me nightmares!

the blouse needed to be more exciting here — not by way of sequins or stones but just a less regular cut. the saree would’ve been able to carry it
