Saba attended a haldi ceremony on Monday wearing a yellow and orange salwar kurta with a dupatta featuring phulkari embroidery. I liked that she opted for a traditional style than some of the modern versions we see nowadays.

At the risk of inviting downvotes, this looks very costume-ish.
In primary school, we had a skit on Indian states and the girl representing Punjab wore exactly this outfit

This is exactly how Punjabi girls dress up for festivities if they want to go traditional. I for one love it!
This looks more like a costume, than an outfit someone wore at a family event. Like it’s just too many elements not well done. The braid, the weirdly stitched salwar and the giant earrings all make it very gimmicky rather than organic
She needs a good stylist to guide her
She went overboard… So it looks like a fancy dress event rather than a wedding. And the tight hairdo shrinks her face
